Newton 106 Flexproof
Newton 106 Flexproof is a single component, ready to use, no primer required, flexible liquid waterproofing material, which forms an elastomeric polymer membrane that is rainproof in minutes and capable of handling severe building movements and deformations.
Newton 106 Flexproof can be applied by trowel or squeegee over construction joints in concrete, 106 FlexProof provides a continuous highly flexible membrane that is resistant to water pressures of up to 2 bar (20m) over construction joints of up to 0.25mm.
Suitable for:
- Static construction joints in poured concrete retained structures.
- Non-static construction joints to precast concrete elements within retained structures
Available package sizes: 290ml cartridge, 7.5kg Pail and 15kg Pail
We recommend applying in two coats and to 150mm to each side of a construction joint. Reinforce using Newton reinforcing tape between each coat. We still advise on the application of a fillet detail after an application of Flexproof at the wall/slab joint on the external side.
Coverage rate: 3.8kg per m2
