Newton Membrane 520 Floor 40m2 is a high quality 20mm stud Cavity Drain HDPE Membrane for basement floors. Part of the John Newton 500 system of cavity membranes suitable for waterproofing new build basements and basement conversions.

Suitable for application to floors in damp proofing and waterproofing soil retaining walls, cellar and basement tanking and conversions and new build basement construction.

Especially suited to basements where there is a high risk of ground water ingress.

Used in conjunction with drainage this membrane conforms to the British standard for structural waterproofing, BS8102: 2009 Type C system.
