Wykamol CM3 cavity floor membrane 3mm stud 2mtrs x 20mtrs is a versatile waterproofing and damp proofing physical membrane made from high density polyethylene.

Wykamol CM3 membrane can be used in below ground waterproofing on walls and floors where there is a low risk of ground water ingressing into a basement or cellar and there is limited space the slim 3mm stud profile helps to maximise the use of space. This membrane is acceptable for use in a Type C cavity membrane installation in respect of BS8102: 2009.

It is also suitable for isolating damp walls above ground as part of a damp proofing dry lining system by using the Wykamol Brick Plugs to batten off.

Wykamol CM3 cavity membrane is an ideal flooring membrane to be laid across a concrete slab as a dpm ensuring no damp, humidity or free lime pass through it meaning the finished floor is always free from damp.

It is easy to fold around corners or up walls and it is very easy to cut with scissors or a Stanley knife.

All membrane overlaps should be sealed with DryFix double sided jointing tape and when applied with a cavity wall membrane, the wall/floor membrane joint should be over-tape with DryFix Corner Tape.
