Epoxy Step Nosing
Step Nosing is a flexibilised twin pack epoxy resin coating designed to provide a safe, slip resistant step edge nosing. This coating is available in the range of safety colours and will provide a long lasting slip resistant step nosing edge for concrete, metal and timber surfaces. Suitable for internal and external use.
Ideally suitable for external steps, ramps, footbridges, football stadium and sporting arena terraces, and all other external areas that demand visual recognition and high levels of slip resistance even when wet.
For extremely porous concrete surfaces apply one coat of SEALER as a primer before applying. Rapid hardening resulting in the area returning to use quickly.
The fully cured product offers excellent slip resistance. Certified when tested to BS 7976-2 Mean PTV (Dry) 67 (Low Risk of Slip) Mean PTV (Wet) 65 (Low Risk of Slip)
