DRYFIX Remedial Neoprene Mechanical Wall Ties

These ties are not suitable for timber framed buildings.

The inner neoprene has oversized ridges to create an immediate grip on the wall of the hole removing the reliance on the knurled nut to hold whilst the inner section of the tie is expanded.

The combination of the special stainless steel precision limited torque nut and the precision modified bar means that initial rotation of the nut are inhibited by the bar. This allows the bar to rotate and the inner expander to engage with and tighten onto the inner wall leaf.

• 11mm x 150mm suitable for cavities between 20mm & 50mm
• 11mm x 175mm suitable for cavities between 30mm & 45mm
• 11mm x 200mm suitable for cavities between 50mm & 75mm
• 11mm x 225mm suitable for cavities between 75mm & 90mm
