Bond It Waterstop Tanking Plug It 5kg is a rapid cementitious plug compound which forms a hardened plug in concrete and masonry within seconds to plug leaks and seapages in cellars, basements, tunnels, ponds, etc.
Very simple to use. Leak entry points should be large enough to be able to form a sufficient waterstop ‘plug’ typically of a golf ball size. A very small volume of water is mixed with the Plug It to form a putty type consistency which is then jammed into the leaking hole. The moisture in the hole will help to make the effective plug within seconds.

Based on one person applying Plug It place sufficient powder into a container and add 20% volume of clean water, (1 part water to 4 parts powder) and mix by hand to form an even colour golf ball size ‘plug’.
Within 2 minutes of adding the water using your hand or a trowel pack the compound into the hole/leak and keep pressed into place firmly for 1 minute by which time the compound should have gone off. Trim off excess.
If holes are only small not enabling sufficient Plug It compound to get into the hole to form a sufficient plug then it is advisable to make the hole slightly larger provided running water is not coming through.
