DryFix Epoxy Mortar for Damaged Concrete Floors
DryFix Epoxy Mortar is an incredibly tough, solvent free epoxy resin ideal for repairing worn or damaged concrete, bay edges, form shallow ramps, make up differences in floor levels and resurfacing steps. Also used to set in place metal guide rails. Epoxy Mortar repairs can be feather edged. A Tack Primer should be used with this mortar.
It provides a smooth, semi slip resistant, dust free surface. Rapid strength development enables the return to use of heavy fork truck trafficking within 24 hours. Refer to our website for Special grades for application onto wet surfaces, vertical or overhead surfaces, within extremely cold conditions or faster curing.
Epoxy Mortar can be laid at any depth from feather edge up to 100mm. Epoxy Mortar is suitable for the permanent placement of shutter doorway guides into concrete.

POT SIZE: 10kgs & 20kgs
COVERAGE: 10 kg will cover 1.7m² at 3mm depth.
YIELD: 10kgs – 5 litres / 20kgs – 10 litres
COLOURS: Natural, Mid Grey, Slate, Black and Red
POT LIFE: When fully mixed, approximately 30 minutes @ 20°C. Extended pot life at lower temperatures, reduced at higher temperatures.
CURING TIME: Hard cure after 12 hours @ 20°C. Full cure with maximum hardness after 7 days @20°C
CHEMICAL RESISTANCE: Resistant to spillages of many chemicals commonly met within industry.
Occasionally wipe the face of the trowel to release the build up of resin tack and clean all tools with CLEANING SOLVENT.
For greater depths the void can be partially filled with 50/50 stone/mortar and the last 5mm finished with 100% mortar. This does not reduce the strength of the final finish. For example a 25mm depth, you will fill the first 20mm 50/50 and the final 5mm 100% mortar.

Did exactly what it said on the tin. Was easy to mix and apply, i am very satisfied with this product, I used it to repair a crumbling Garage entrance ,creating a ramp. Looks great,dried really hard. Will definitley use Alliance again.
