Epoxy Mortar Underwater
Epoxy Mortar Underwater is an incredibly tough, solvent free epoxy resin mortar for permanent repairs to worn or damaged concrete structures that are exposed to heavy battering from sea, such as sea walls and concrete jetties. Ideal for repairing concrete that is permanently wet or permanently underwater. This two part material is mixed equal parts by volume or weight, Resin and Hardener thus minimising wastage.
For the permanent repair to spalled or damaged concrete in exceptionally wet conditions and for underwater applications. Concrete sea walls, jetties and all exposed concrete that are frequently wet or difficult to dry.
Coverage: 5kg will cover approximately 1m² at 2.50mm depth.
Yield: 5kg will yield 2.50 litres of mixed material Solids Content: 100% Fresh Wet Density: 2000 kg/m³
Colour: Pack A (Resin) off-white — Pack B (Hardener) White Mixed Colour – Concrete Grey
Pot Life: When fully mixed, approx. 35 minutes @ 20°C. Extended pot life at lower temperatures, reduced pot life at higher temperatures. NOT FOR USE BELOW 5°C
Curing Time: Initial cure after 24 hours @ 20°C. Full cure after 7 days @ 20°C
Chemical Resistance: Resistant to many chemicals commonly met within industry. Contact Technical Services Department for more advice.
