The Leica DISTO™ D110 is a 3 measurement mode Laser Distance Measure with a 60m range that is accurate to 1,5mm. It’s small, weighing in at 92 grams with batteries, very easy to use, and the D110 sends measurements via Bluetooth making it, by far, the least expensive Bluetooth Laser Distance Measure available.
The ability to send distance and area measurements to a mobile app as you take them makes the D110 the ideal tool for generating estimates, or inputting accurate interior measurements into modelling software on the site.
If your trade involves taking distance measurements or squared areas such as a floor area then with this piece of kit you can dispense with the tape measure, pen and note pad. No need to take ages on your own rolling out a tape measure and jotting down measurements.
With the associated app available for iPhone and Android phones, simply take a photo of the area you want to measure and with the laser pointer, record the measurement then simply drag the measurement into the photo. It takes seconds.
You can then download the photo or also available in grid paper form, and print off a hard copy which you can use in your estimate or quote.
