Tanking Membrane Kit using Wykamol CM8 cavity drain clear tanking membrane kit 8mm stud 2mtrs x 20mtrs (40m2) suitable for waterproofing and damp proofing walls and floors in basement conversions and new build projects.

Contents of Kit:

• 1 x roll of Wykamol CM8 Cavity Drain HDPE membrane clear with an 8mm stud profile, 2mtrs wide x 20mtrs long (40m²)
• 1 x box of 100 Brick Plug Fixings with Seals which accommodate a 2″ size 10 screw for batten fixing (if batten fixing off membrane you will need to order a separate box of 100 plug fixings as 200 fixings will be required for a 40m² area)
• 1 x roll Double sided sealing Tape 30mm wide x 22.5mtrs long

This is a high quality strong durable HDPE cavity drain membrane with a stud profile of 8mm.

The 8mm stud height minimises problems caused by raised floor levels. The membrane is highly versatile and can also be used in conjunction with thermal insulation, sound insulation and most types of under floor heating.

This product is guaranteed for 20 years and has a life expectancy of at least 50 years (DIN 9001:2000). This membrane is an inert product with high compressive loading stability. It is highly resistant to water, alkalis, saline solutions and organic acids, and is not affected by minerals. It is also resistant to bacteria, fungi and other small organisms.

Requires Brick Plug Fixings with a suitable waterproofing detail around the head of the plug if being used in a basement waterproofing installation.
