DryFix Brick Plug Fixings 10mm x 60mm
DryFix Brick Plug Fixings 10mm x 60mm are used to install any brand of cavity drain membrane to walls. With a preformed hole they accept 2″ size 10 screws and wall ties to batten out from or build a wall in front of the membrane off the fixings using Helical or Bluebird wall ties.
If walls are above ground and damp we advise selecting plugs with seals. If using fixings below ground in basements we advice selecting plugs with seals or butyl rope.
Brick Plug Fixings are compatible with Delta, Newton, Wykamol, Triton, Safeguard, Sovereign, Premcrete and all other brands of waterproof cavity drain stud membranes.

10mm x 160mm SDS Plus drill bit required for installation.
A 10mm x 160mm SDS Plus drill bit is needed to drill holes for brick plug fixings.
Install fixings at the following rates:
8mm clear cavity membrane and with an independent stud frame one fixing per m2 at no particular dimesnions but sufficient to secure membrane tight to the wall.
8mm clear cavity membrane to batten off install fixings at 600mm x 400mm centres which would work out to 5 fixings per m2.
