Helical Bar Anchor Grout 3L (6.122kg)

High performance thixotropic two part cementitious grout. Non-shrink, pumpable, thixotropic, high performance, cement-based grout suitable for injection with a Grout Gun.

Supplied in a 3 litre bucket it contains the dry powder and liquid component individually packed to make either 3 litres of injectable grout.

Approximate Coverage Rate: Based on a slot depth of 35mm = 10 Linear meters of crack stitch bar per 3L of grout.

The low liquid to powder ratio ensures a thixotropic grout which develops it’s compressive strength rapidly. It is designed to fill all the voids into which it is injected and the bond stress is greatly enhanced by it’s expansive properties.

The typical compressive strength development at 20°C, 100mm cubes cast under restraint and wet cured is given in the table below.

Helical bars should be spaced at 450mm centres (or every 4 courses) and should span 500mm each side of the crack.
