Insulation Anchor Cob Plug Fixings
Insulation anchor Cob Fixing plugs with anchoring pin used to install cavity drain membrane to walls.
10mm drill bit required for installation.
These fixings are suited to walls that will be soft such as cob, lime render or old brick which over time has become lose making it difficult to get a secure anchor with standard brick plugs or plaster plugs.
Also suitable for fixing insulation board.
Box quantity: 200.
A 10mm x 160mm SDS Plus drill bit is needed to drill holes for brick plug fixings.
Install fixings at the following rates:
8mm clear cavity membrane and with an independent stud frame one fixing per m2 at no particular dimesnions but sufficient to secure membrane tight to the wall.
8mm clear cavity membrane to batten off install fixings at 600mm x 400mm centres which would work out to 5 fixings per m2.
