Koster Betomor Multi A

Koster Betomor Multi A is a polymer modified filling and levelling mortar for fast repair of concrete and masonry. Betomor Multi A cures without cracking or shrinking. It’s adhesion to concrete, steel and brick is excellent. It protects steel reinforcement from corrosion without needing additional anti-corrosion coatings.

Betomor Multi A combines

• anti-corrosion coating
• bonding slurry for steel and concrete / masonry
• water proof non-shrink mortar
• concrete finish

all in a single product.

For filling and levelling of voids (up to 60 mm layer thickness) in concrete, reinforced and non-reinforced concrete without a separate anti-corrosion coating.

Mix Betomor Multi A with clean water (4.5 l per 25 kg bag; 2.7 l per 15 kg bucket) to a smooth lump free mass. Do not add more water than specified. Mixing time is 3 minutes.

NOTE: If the temperature of the structural members is above + 40 °C, then add 20% Koster SB Bonding Emulsion to the mixing water.

The maximum processing time is approx. 30 minutes. Betomor Multi A is applied with a spatula or a trowel in one step. When applying the material overhead, we recommend trowelling the material in small portions onto the surface. As soon as the setting begins, the surface can be smoothed with a trowel or float. Layer thickness: 0 to 60mm.
