SureFill Render & Brick Joint Crack Filler Mortar 310ml

SureFill Render & Brick Joint Crack Filler Mortar 310ml is an excellent mortar based, non hazardous, crack filler that is both flexible and waterproof and ideal for contractors or DIY use in filling cracks in render, brick, mortar, stone, masonry and plaster.

Can be used both internally and externally. Suitable to be pointed over, rendered over or painted over. Do not paint over until fully cured and dried out as it will bleed through the paint otherwise.

Supports helical crack repair procedures for filling vertical cracks after inserting helical crack stitch bars.

Fills cracks between 0.5mm and 25mm.

Available in a handy 310ml mastic size cartridge applied simply with a standard mastic gun.

Colour: Beige

Coverage rate: This largely depends on the depth and width of the cracks to be filled but as an approximate volume guide, one cartridge will fill a void of 310cm3.

Curing: The curing time varies on site conditions and temperatures, e.g. applied internally or externally and ambient temperatures. With a crack width of 2cm and a depth of 3 cm and
a temperature of approx. 10°, it can take up to 1 – 2 weeks to fully cure. For small cracks (5mm or less) and a temperature of approx. 20°, it cures in 1 – 2 days.
